This contract provides state and local governments access to the services provided by PBSRG on a priotiry basis. Services may include staff and vendor training on the best-value process, assistance with the preparation of documents and procedures based on the entity's procurement policies, assistance with project scheduling, education and assistance in collecting Past Perfomance Information (PPI), assistance throughout the selection process, and continued program support.
