Roll out webinar PowerPoint slide deck for the Data Breach & Credit Monitoring Services (2016 - 2021) Contract. This includes supplier awardees, solicitation number, award date, and award structure.
This contract is for services related to data breach response. Specifically, the services include notification of affected persons regarding the breach, call center services, and single- or triple-bureau credit monitoring (including identity theft monitoring, restoration, and insurance.)
Participating states may negotiate “codes only” pricing with the Contractor, which is a reduced scope from what appears in the Master Agreement. “Codes only” is in lieu of a full enrollment in the data breach response services, in which the Contractor will issue a list of PIN numbers to a Participating Entity, and the Participating Entity can use them on a per occurrence basis. Note that the Contractor may charge a set-up fee for this type of pricing.
Instructions
Intended Use: Master Agreements were awarded to multiple contractors for this commodity in an effort to ensure availability of services in the event of extreme demand (e.g. large breaches in multiple states). Understanding that there are differences in breach events and Participating Entity capacities and preferences, the sourcing team included language in the RFP that explicitly allows Participating Entities to select some or all of the offered services. The sourcing team did not, however, intend for Participating Entities to select different services from different Contractors within the same breach event. The intended use of the contracts is for all desired services to be provided by one Contractor for each breach event. The Contractors proposed their services and costs based on this model. The sourcing team asks that you please respect this intended use as you activate services under these Master Agreements.
How to Order
Updates
CSID suspends executing new Participating Addendums
CSIdentity Corporation have suspended the execution of new Participating Addenda. Current Participating Addenda are not affected, and Participating Entities with established PAs may continue to order services through established processes. States and other entities in need of Data Breach and Credit Monitoring Services who haven't signed a PA yet are encourged to contact our other contractor, ID Experts.
