This contract provides PC's and related commodities (including printers, small servers, LAN/WAN storage devices and monitors) to participating states, local units of government and other authorized entities. It allows for a very limited professional services directly related to the purchase of PC's.
The Computer Premium Savings Package (PSP) is a program that operates within the Computer Equipment, Peripherals & Related Services Contract led by Minnesota. PSP consists of seven lists of products whose specifications have been pre-defined (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Server, Storage, Monitor, & Printer). The product specifications are refreshed, and vendors holding master agreements are asked to submit new offers every six months. The offers, and the prices are held steady and able to be purchased for the following six month period (March to August & September to February). Click here for more information on the PSP program.

Changes to Computer Portfolio
The State of Minnesota and NASPO ValuePoint have determined that a few of the computer contractors under the computer hardware portfolio are not meeting the contractual requirements set forth in the Master Agreements.
Therefore: the following vendors have been terminated due to lack of sales within one year of signing the Master Agreement.

The following vendors have been suspended due to non-compliance with the EPEAT requirements established in original solicitation. The vendors have been removed from the NASPO ValuePoint Website and directed all sales must cease until proof of compliance is provided to the State of MN (the Lead State). These vendors will be terminated if they do no obtain compliance by August 2, 2016:

M&A
If your state has executed a Participating Addendum with these suppliers, your state will need to follow your process on dealing with these terminations and suspensions in your Participating Addendums.

HP Battery Recall
HP is recalling batteries shipped with specific HP ProBook and ENVY Commercial notebooks. Customers should cease use of affected batteries immediately

Master Agreement Extensions
1/20/2017 - The Lead State of Minnesota is in the process of extending the current Master Agreements. As each computer suppliers master agreements are extended, the NASPO ValuePoint website will be updated with new extension documents and a notice will be sent out to everyone who has subscibed to follow the computer portfolios on the NASPO ValuePoint website.

Tintri Master Agreement Removed
7/26/2018 - The Tintri Master Agreement has been temporarily removed due to administrative issues with the contract. The contract is not available for new orders at this time. Once we have resolved the issues, they will be placed back up on the website.
