Participating states may negotiate “codes only” pricing with the Contractor, which is a reduced scope from what appears in the Master Agreement.  “Codes only” is in lieu of a full enrollment in the data breach response services, in which the Contractor will issue a list of PIN numbers to a Participating Entity, and the Participating Entity can use them on a per occurrence basis.  Note that the Contractor may charge a set-up fee for this type of pricing.”
