This cooperative portfolio establishes Master Agreements to Medicaid Enterprise Services (MES), Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS), with CMS approval of the RFP and Master Agreements.

Participating entities authorized to utilize these contracts include State Medicaid Agencies.

Available categories under these Master Agreements:

1. Category 1 – Pharmacy Fraud, Waste and Abuse Audit Services (PFWA)
2. Category 2 – Pharmacy Benefit Administrator Services (PBA)
3. Category 3 – Pharmacy Clinical Management Services (PCM)
4. Category 4 – Pharmacy Drug Rebate Services (PDRS)
