Updates
Rubbercycle Master Agreement not being renewed.
The NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement #6481 led by the State of Oregon for Rubberecycle will expire on December 1, 2019. The Company (Keith and Jen) informed the State of Oregon that they do not have the capability to uphold the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement. The agreement will not be renewed upon agreement by all parties.
However Rubberecycle products will be offered on the MRC contract per Rubberecycle and MRC. If you do not have a current MRC PA in place you could start negotiations with them if your state so chooses.
