NASPO ValuePoint® announces the award of Master Agreements for AV Equipment and Services. The Lead State™ of Alaska awarded the competitively solicited contracts to three suppliers for sourcing audio video hardware, software, and accessories to support classrooms and virtual collaboration for public entities across the nation. In addition to the suppliers of the audio video equipment, this new AV portfolio also includes eight awarded suppliers to provide commercial audio video services.

As a reminder, the legacy Audio Video Equipment and Supplies portfolio is expiring on
December 31, 2025. The legacy portfolio is being replaced by the new AV Equipment and
Services (2025-2029) portfolio, with Master Agreements effective November 4, 2025, or date of execution.

This new award supports NASPO ValuePoint’s continued commitment to providing best-quality solutions. This contract is available for use by state governments, the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities, subject to approval by the State Chief Procurement Official and in compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
