NASPO ValuePoint's Lead State Model®
As a State Lead, you will play a critical role in managing a cooperative solicitation and the resulting Master Agreements. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with NASPO ValuePoint in leading the development and execution of the solicitation process
- Coordinating with NASPO ValuePoint and the portfolio Multistate Sourcing Team on activities related to the solicitation process
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the solicitation effort
- Managing the resulting Master Agreements
NASPO ValuePoint determines which state leads a particular cooperative portfolio procurement based on state interest and capability. If your state is interested in leading a NASPO ValuePoint portfolio, please complete the Lead State and Sourcing Team Interest Form.
NASPO ValuePoint's Multistate Sourcing Team®
As a sourcing team member, you will support the development of a NASPO ValuePoint cooperative portfolio. Key responsibilities may include:
- Contributing to scope development in collaboration with the lead state and the other members of the multistate sourcing team
- Participate in drafting the solicitation in collaboration with the lead state and the other members of the multistate sourcing team
- Evaluation of proposals in alignment with the solicitation evaluation plan
- Contributing subject matter expertise
