NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council
The NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council is comprised of state procurement officials elected by the National Association of State procurement Officials (NASPO) representing their geographic region. The 10 member Council oversees strategic direction, operations and activities of cooperative procurement within the NASPO ValuePoint program. The Council plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contracts are awarded with integrity, transparency, and alignment to state procurement standards.
The NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council is composed of ten (10) members, with two members from each of the four NASPO regions (East, Midwest, South and West), a Chair and a Chair-Elect.
