Master Agreements will be uploaded to this page upon executed and added to the list within the Contractors tab above. Model Participating Addendum (PA) templates are currently being created for all awarded suppliers.  As a reminder, Master Agreements and Participating Addendums may be executed at this time, however, no work can commence until the effective start date of the Master Agreements, which is September 16th, 2026.

Supplier responses to the solicitation are incorporated into the Master Agreement and will be available for public viewing in the future. As the portfolio contains 58 awarded suppliers, all 58 supplier submissions will be available for public viewing after all Master Agreements have been executed, in accordance with Utah's government records law.
