The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposals (RFP) for Medical Supplies was released by the State of Idaho on September 25, 2026. The RFP number is RFP 1433.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.

The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.

It is now appropriate to post any required legal notices in your state and to distribute the URL and solicitation information below to prospective suppliers that you may be aware of who would be interested in responding to this RFP. We encourage you to post this solicitation to reserve your state's ability to participate at some point in the future, even if you don't immediately have plans to participate.

NASPO is pleased to announce the publication of a national Request for Information (RFI) for Parks and Recreation Equipment and Installation. This RFI was issued by the State of Oregon (Lead State) in collaboration with NASPO ValuePoint. The RFI was released on October 9, 2026. All supplier responses must be submitted by 4:00 PM PT on October 29, 2026.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain industry feedback regarding Parks and Recreation Equipment and Installation to aid in the development of future competitive solicitations.

3. Click on the bid solicitation document and it will bring you to the bid. The RFI document is under Attachments.
4. To respond in OregonBuys, you must be a supplier in the OregonBuys System. If you are not, I highly recommend you sign up as one. This will be the way your company would get notice of the RFP at a later date and at that time you must be a registered supplier to respond.

This RFI was issued by NASPO in collaboration with the State of North Carolina (Lead State). The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from qualified suppliers to inform the scope, category structure, regional approach, and pricing considerations of a brand-new future multi-state cooperative solicitation.
