7/16/2025 Update: Per the language in each supplier's Master Agreement, any supplier that submitted all reports and made all fee payments throughout the original term, would have their contract extended 24 months.  Each supplier has met this threshold and has had their contract extended, in accordance with the terms of both the solicitation and Master Agreement, to December 31, 2028.

This Portfolio includes multiple categories of Public Safety Communication equipment. For evaluation purposes, sample products were created in each category/sub-category to ensure an even comparison. Contractors were awarded by category/sub-category and once awarded, they are permitted to include additional products in the categories/sub-categories awarded. A complete list of products is included in each Contractors Products/Pricing document. All products require a one-year warranty included in the cost of the products; however Contractors could offer additional "purchasable" warranty options. Contractors could also offer services and are included in their Products and Pricing document.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARTNERS/SUB-CONTRACTORS - Each state will determine how partners/sub-contractors if or will be used in their respective state. Please contact your state procurement office with any questions regarding using partners/sub-contractors listed on this website.
